Common Questions

Answers You Can Count On

Have a question that isn’t listed? Call us at (843) 215-4147 — we’re happy to help.

How often should our commercial kitchen exhaust system be cleaned?

It depends on what and how much you cook. Under NFPA 96, high-volume operations (24-hour cooking, charbroiling, or wok cooking) need quarterly cleaning, typical restaurants need semi-annual cleaning, and low-volume kitchens like churches or seasonal operations need annual cleaning. Solid-fuel cooking requires monthly cleaning. We’ll recommend the right schedule for your kitchen.

Do you provide documentation for fire marshal inspections?

Yes. After every service you receive a detailed report with before-and-after photos, the work performed, and an updated service tag or certificate — everything your fire marshal and insurance carrier look for.

Can you handle both installation and ongoing maintenance?

Absolutely. We install new fire suppression systems and HVAC equipment, then keep everything inspected, cleaned, and maintained on schedule — one team for the life of your kitchen.
