General

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Myrtle Beach and serve the entire Grand Strand, including North Myrtle Beach, Conway, Surfside Beach, Murrells Inlet, Little River, Garden City, and Pawleys Island.

What certifications do your technicians hold?

Our technicians are trained and certified to service fire protection systems to NFPA standards, and our company carries the required state and local licensing and insurance. Ask us for documentation any time.

Can you handle both installation and ongoing maintenance?

Yes. We install fire suppression systems and HVAC equipment, then maintain them — along with your hoods, extinguishers, and exit lighting — for the life of your kitchen. See all services.

Do you offer recurring service plans?

Yes. We track your due dates, reach out before each service, schedule around your hours, and send documentation afterward.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Service is scheduled around your kitchen’s hours, including after closing.

Hood Cleaning

How often should our commercial kitchen exhaust system be cleaned?

NFPA 96 sets the schedule by cooking type: monthly for solid fuel, quarterly for high-volume cooking, semi-annually for moderate-volume restaurants, and annually for low-volume kitchens. Learn more about hood cleaning.

Do we have to close for a hood cleaning?

No. We schedule cleanings after closing or overnight.

Do you clean the ductwork and exhaust fan?

Yes. We clean the entire system — hood, plenum, filters, ducts, and rooftop fan.

Fire Suppression

How often do fire suppression systems need inspection?

Every six months, by a trained technician, per NFPA 96 and NFPA 17A. Learn more about fire suppression.

Our suppression system discharged. What should we do?

Call us at (843) 215-4147. The system must be cleaned, inspected, recharged, and reset before you can safely cook again.

Does moving kitchen equipment affect the suppression system?

Yes. Nozzles are aimed at specific appliances, so the system must be checked and adjusted whenever equipment changes.

Extinguishers & Exit Lighting

What fire extinguishers does a restaurant need?

A K-Class extinguisher near the cooking line for grease fires, plus ABC extinguishers elsewhere. Learn more.

How often do exit signs need testing?

A 30-second test monthly and a 90-minute test annually, per NFPA 101. Learn more.

Compliance & Inspections

Do you provide documentation for fire marshal inspections?

Yes. You receive before-and-after photos, a written report, and updated tags or certificates after every service.

What happens if we fail a fire inspection?

Send us the deficiency notice. We’ll review it, explain what needs to be corrected, and schedule the work quickly so you can be re-inspected. You can upload the notice with our quote form.

Will your service help with our insurance?

Many insurance carriers require proof of hood cleaning and suppression system service. Our documentation gives you exactly that.

HVAC

Do you install commercial HVAC systems?

Yes. We install rooftop units, make-up air units, and split systems for restaurants and commercial buildings. Learn more.

What is make-up air and why does my kitchen need it?

Make-up air replaces the air your hood exhausts. Without it, the building goes into negative pressure, hurting hood performance and comfort.
